The following documentation is required FROM EACH PROSPECTIVE OCCUPANT AND FROM EACH PROSPECTIVE GUARANTOR in connection with applying for an apartment:
- Letter from your current employer on company letterhead verifying your (1) term of employment, (2) position, (3) salary and (4) bonuses (if any)
- 2 recent pay stubs
- Letter of reference from current landlord
- 1st 2 pages of 2024 Form 1040 and 2024 Form W-2
- Recent bank statement
- Photo identification
Only licensed real estate brokers or salespersons can copy keys to occupied apartments – the keys to unoccupied apartments can be copied by both licensed real estate brokers or salespersons and non-licensed individuals; to copy keys, a $50 cash deposit plus photo ID is required; the cash deposit will be forfeited if keys are not returned within 3 hours – no exceptions! Again, only licensed real estate brokers or salespersons may view occupied apartments with the key; non-licensed individuals must call the tenants for an appointment. Occupied apartments may be viewed only between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Please respect our tenants and do not buzz the intercom of any apartment except that of which you are showing.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved, there will be a pet deposit in addition to security.
